Dear friends, seniors, and members of NEPsychNet,

As new year begins, I’m filled with gratitude and excitement about continuing our community. Throughout this time, NEPsychNet has stood as a beacon of inclusivity, welcoming everyone passionate about psychology and mental health in Nepal regardless of their background or affiliation. This open spirit has been our strength, and it will continue to light our path forward.

Your participation has helped us build a vibrant community that transcends organizational boundaries, creating a space where knowledge and right information flows freely and connections flourish. As we step into a new year, we’re embarking on an exciting new chapter with plans to launch regular newsletters, bringing our community even closer together through shared insights and experiences.

Every great initiative grows stronger through collaboration, and we warmly invite you to be part of it. Whether through your expertise, time, or resources – every contribution, no matter how small, creates ripples of positive change in our community. Your support will help us maintain and strengthen the bonds that make NEPsychNet a vital force in Nepal’s psychology and mental health landscape. Together, we can make 2025 a transformative year for psychology and mental health awareness and support. If you feel inspired to contribute in any way, please reach out – your involvement could spark the change that touches countless lives.

Ensuring Quality in Psychological Support (EQUIP)

EQUIP is a joint WHO/UNICEF project to improve the competence of helpers and the consistency and quality of training and service delivery. The Nepali version was developed with support from the team of psychologists and counselor.

The first series of the NEPsychNet webinars has been completed and is now available online for viewing.
We would like to thank all the speakers and participants for their active participation and response.
