If I had to describe myself in one phrase, I’d say I’m a perpetual learner — or perhaps more accurately, a seeker. I’m endlessly curious about people, ideas, skills and the ways we can grow and heal. With an academic background in Counseling Psychology, Pharmacy, and Social Sciences, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a variety of roles in I/NGOs, hospitals, and research institutions. These experiences have deepened my passion for mental health and strengthened my belief in the power of interdisciplinary approaches. What truly drives me is the opportunity to blend creativity, compassion, and evidence-based practice to create meaningful impact. I find the most joy in work that is both purposeful and deeply human. Outside of work, I’m usually reading something — or more recently, listening to an audiobook or podcast. I’m also a cinephile and admit to be an occasional Netflix binger (all genres welcome!).
I believe in lifelong learning, the strength of empathy, and the magic that happens when passionate people come together to collaborate and create.
