Hi! I’m Reuben Hughes Sharma from Lalitpur, Nepal. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology at Tribhuvan University. I completed my BA in Psychology and Social Work from St. Xavier’s College, Maitighar. I’ve previously worked as a Research Assistant and as a consultant transcriptionist and translator for various research projects. I also help lead a mental health education and support program at a school in Kathmandu. I became interested in Psychology after the devastating 2015 earthquake in Nepal. Seeing the mental health impact of such a major natural disaster and the stark difference in how people perceived and responded to the same situation sparked my curiosity regarding why people think and behave in different ways. Besides Psychology, I enjoy playing and watching sports, traveling, and trekking.
